Time Mauser a joint venture between Time Technoplast and Mauser Werke GmbH, Germany, manufactures Tight Head International standard steel drums and Open Head steel drums at its new state-of-the-art production facility located in Pen. This joint venture is committed to bring into India sone of the world's latest packaging solutions such as the 1000 litre IBCs and Metal drums.

The Metal Drums are manufactured at our state of the plant at Pen, Maharashtra. A fully automated and completely synchronized prodution process which includes a decoiling line, ends formation, degreasing line, beader, corrugators, seamer, painting line, printer facilities etc converts steel coils to fully constructed, painted and printed drums at one go.
Large covered storage areas and a controlled manufacturing environment prevents deposition of dust or foreign particles on the drums.
Latest techniques are employed for coating drilling and punching of sheets thereby minimizing wastage. Online leakage test are also conducted on each and every drum to ensure zero defect.
The plant's strategic location and proximity to the port and to major chemical and blending units will help in the speedy delivery of our products. Our large fleet of customised wide bodied trucks will help in quick. efficient and economical transportation. Special precautions are also taken to ensure that the drums are delivered without dents / scratches.
